Foot Reflexology (45 Minute)
Relax and rejuvenate with a foot reflexology treatment.
Service Description
The session will start with a consultation to discuss your personal needs. You only need to remove your shoes and socks for this treatment and you will be laying down or slightly upright in a reclined position. If a particular area cannot be worked on, due to something discussed in the consultation, the therapist can focus on areas of your hands instead. Reflexology can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce pain. *note we are within a lively CrossFit gym so some time slots may not be a quite sanctuary. This does not effect the treatment physically but it may not be as tranquil as some wish. You are welcome to bring ear pods if they work for you.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and No Shows are not fair on the therapist and other customers who wanted that appointment. Cancellations within 12hours will be charged in full. 24 hour cancellations will lose deposit. 48-24 hour cancellations will not lose deposit if reschedule for an appointment within the next 7 days. Simply put, just speak to me :)
