Service Description

In this session you will get a warm up, active, passive and partner stretches where required. Use this session as (preventative) rehab or to help with shoulder and upper back mobility, deeper squats and more. Helps prevent injury and teaches joints to stay strong in vulnerable positions and under load. This isn't just about how far you can stretch. It's about strengthening your end range and then progressing. 1-1 Sessions available to focus on your personal goals and get the knowledge to practice at home safely. Time can be increased or decreased depending on your needs.


Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations and No Shows are not fair on the therapist and other customers who wanted that appointment. Cancellations within 12hours will be charged in full. 24 hour cancellations will lose deposit. 48-24 hour cancellations will not lose deposit if reschedule for an appointment within the next 7 days. Simply put, just speak to me :)
