Patch Test for Lash Treatments
Service Description
A patch test MUST be carried out AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. Without a patch test, we cannot do the treatment. A small amount of the products used for the treatment will be placed on an area of your skin (usually behind the ears) to check for any reactions. You MUST inform us if you do have a reaction and seek medical advice.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and No Shows are not fair on the therapist and other customers who wanted that appointment. Cancellations within 12hours will be charged in full. 24 hour cancellations will lose deposit. 48-24 hour cancellations will not lose deposit if reschedule for an appointment within the next 7 days. Simply put, just speak to me :)
