30 Minute sports massage is good for targeting 1 specific area that needs attention (eg shoulder injury/calf strain) with option to include Cupping or Needling within the price. Note: If it is your first treatment or first time seeing me with this injury I recommend booking a slightly longer treatment as more time will be take up with consultation/assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and No Shows are not fair on the therapist and other customers who wanted that appointment. Cancellations within 12hours will be charged in full. 24 hour cancellations will lose deposit. 48-24 hour cancellations will not lose deposit if reschedule for an appointment within the next 7 days. Simply put, just speak to me :)
